I’ve been running for just over two years, but the journey has transformed my life. In that time, I’ve lost 100lbs in a single year, worked with two of the biggest nutrition companies in the UK, and collaborated with a major recovery brand to push my limits even further.

What started with a 5K time of 38:00 has grown into a passion for performance – now running 20:25 for 5K, 43:42 for 10K, and 1:42:02 for a half marathon. Beyond the numbers, I’m driven to create a space where every runner feels included, supported, and inspired.
